real contractions have a pattern, bh don't you can't time them, take a bath and drink water if they stop they're not real if they get worse time they're if they're 5 minutes apart go

i heard that if getting up and moving makes them go away , theyre BH contractions too . thank you ! @hermommy

I started getting BH contractions around 16 weeks with my first pregnancy. when I went into preterm labor at 32 weeks, i knew right away even though my contractions started out irregular. I was walking to my car to take my then bf (now husband) home and it hit me so suddenly, i stopped walking and had to hold my stomach. we went straight to the hospital from there and about 30 minutes later, i went into preterm labor, with contractions 5 minutes apart. I cried lol. anyway, the real deal for me was realizing how strong it was, enough to make me stop what I was doing. in case you're wondering as well, they were able to stop my labor after 13 hours, but i ended up having my daughter almost 24 hours later due to a rare infection, so my situation most likely won't happen to you

@princesssskxo I can't vouch for that one😩😩I've had bh and tons of real ones and that never made them stop 😧 all I can say girl. ... you'll know I promise. Felt like my body was being ripped into pieces from the inside out and that was only preterm

@princesssskxo, i agree with @hermommy about preterm labor though. I felt like my insides were ripping. you'll know when you have them....as for what happened to me, i was a mess, i barely remember my c section, but i was hysterical shortly before. like i said, it's a 1 in 100 chance that will happen to you, the infection I had is really rare

our birth plan is a waterbirth anyways so i dont really think about the pain and whatnot so i dont psych myself out (: but yeah i bet ! thats crazy ! @kayloniandkirksmommy

You may not! My mom was the same way. I ended up having a similar labor to her as well, I didn't feel any contractions, not even the real ones!

my mom got an epidural bc she was nervous and it made my heart stop so thats why were doing an all natural waterbirth 😅 so i hope my labor isnt similar @emkasting .

Oh man! That's scary. I ended up getting an epidural solely because the cervix checks they did every couple hours hurt so bad lol! The contractions weren't bad at all but I hated those damn checks lol

i had one when i was in the hospital because someone hit my truck and i swear to god it felt like she shoved her whole fist up my vagina @emkasting .

Omg one of the doctors that came in to do a check I swear had the biggest hands on the face of the planet. I thought I was gonna die 😭
