So question and please be nice I'm a first time mommy here flying kinda blind (not meant to be mean). Since I've gotten pregnant I've had small bouts of dizziness/ lightheadedness today it got so much worse for the first time I actually could move more then two steps and had sit down and this always take place at work( I'm a cashier) before the one today it felt like my little man was kicking but was followed by what could be describe at a nail( hardware nail) going through my uterus. Should I be concerned I'm 26wks.

I would suggest talking to your doctor. I'm a FTM too and went for every little thing. The sharp, stabbing pains they told me was my uterus and skin stretching. The lightheadedness they said was from A) excessive heat B) hypoglycemia C) dehydration and fatigue, or lack of potassium. Try talking to your manager/boss about sitting down or resting between customers. I'm a cashier now, too, and was for the last 3 months of my pregnancy. Prior, I was a carryout, hauling groceries and stock around. Try ice packs on the neck, drinking cold water, eating something sweet and some OJ (Milky Way and OJ helped me most), and staying out of the heat if possible. Hope it helps :)

This happens to me as well when I'm standing in place for a long time. I told my Dr and he ran some blood work to check for anemia and other stuff! luckily everything came back normal. He aaid that it might be that we forget to breath and this happens so just sit down for a while and take deep breaths. I hope this helps!!
