is that true that sleeping on you're right side could cause a stillborn?? i sleep on my back and both sides all the time…

@baby_lillis, @haydensmom1994 idk if it'll cause a stillborn but sleeping on the left is recommended because it allows more blood flow and oxygen to the baby whereas sleeping on your right pushing your stomach and intestines towards the baby causing less room- all of this I was told by my OB and an ER doctor

but what if baby doesnt like u sleeping on left side

I was told it's okay to rest on your right for short periods of time if you're getting uncomfortable on your left but to just try to sleep more on the left 👍🏻

I sleep on my right side all the time. 34 weeks now.

what ever that is comfortable for me it will do. I noticed that it's better harder now to even get comfort for me to sleep.

the nurses at l&d said I can sleep on my right side because sleeping on my left side hurts to much

my nurse also told me that I could sleep on my back and it won't do anything because the baby is still getting what it needs one way or another.
