Trying to enroll my son in school for this fall and they're making it so difficult. Like sorry that our rent,bills and everything else is in my husbands name and not mine(he's the one working/paying), I don't have a Drivers license, I didn't put him(my husband) on the Birth Certificate. I asked if they would like for my husband to come fill out the paper work and they want me to still do it. This is so frustrating.

Get an id & just have your husband right a note saying you're living under his roof & it should be good enough.

@_stayingparkerstrong_, I have an ID but not with our current address. and we rent, but our names aren't on the lease(only my husbands name) but they want our names on there. And I can't change the address on my ID till October when we move.

@kelseys, you don't have to have it. You can literally get a note from your husband saying y'all live there & it should be good enough. It is out here

@_stayingparkerstrong_, I told my husband to tell his dad(he's a landlord just not of our apartment) to make a copy of the lease and put our names on the copy.
