my little sister did this for a couple days but what worked was showing her all the perks of acting her age like, "wow, i'm so glad you're four. that means you can do big girl things like blahblahblah" then let her do something new like help you dust something or eat something she's never had before. just make sure she knows that she couldn't have done that if she was little. make sure she knows the importance of the "big girl potty" too. just hype that up a lot and make it seem like the most special thing in the world lol. she hasn't wet the bed since
