i see so many people moaning about having no money or sick of family helping them and been too involved ect or whining they have to clean up after so and so... heres a thought:
Get a job and go to work and then get your own place. not rocket science.

Wish it was as simple as that :) but if you live in a place like London...the house prices are 5xs expenisive than anywhere else :) What you would pay rent for a 3/4 bed house outside London...would only get you a 1 or 2 bed flat inside London :) Being on the council list is another story...could be a year or so before you get a place..and you have to be in a hostel beforehand :) My pregnancy was unplanned...and I hoped to have my own place before I thought about having kids :) xxx

I'm basically a single parent :) As I dont live with my partner :) I live with my mum and sister :) and yes my mum is overbearing most of the time. But I do appreciate she is allowing me to stay in her house for not much :) As most of my friends were kicked out at 16-18 :) xxx

yeah but the wages in london are better than up north so this makes it so u can afford the extortionate rental prices. and i know about concil lists i waited 5 years. sold my house soon as got offered one then stayed there 9yrs and now me and my partner have moved altogether. but i was single and managed it all for 11yrs going bk to full time work wen he was 3 months. this time id be same but not single this time round but i know i wouldnt struggle? id work and not stay at familys and whine constantly and say this and that and fed up blah blah. its nuts. @winterbaby95 never seen u moan so ur obviously level headed and dont want everything giving on a plate like some of the ppl that rant daily. xx

it is really that simple...everyone else manages it. if you live in London then your wages are also higher than the rest of the country (I've lived in London, Essex and Suffolk so I know) I would rather have a one bed flat than bitch and moan about living with someone I don't get on with

exactly. people say well u live up north ect and i think well yeah but im on a hit wage and to me my rents ridic! (3 months back before moving) but i managed and just didnt go out or anything ect. i stay in watch movies with son and board games ect and just manage and he never wants for nothing. then i see people whining ect and think GOD. stop sponging and been lazy cows and get to work! @tuftyturtle _ x

@tg123456789 @tuftyturtle I understand that :) I'm going back to full time education when Maya is 8 months old :) My mum wants me to focus on my education rather than saying to me get a job etc. She is happy to have me. But I want to work...I feel embarressed about it. I did work up until a month before I got pregnant. I also want a place with my partner :) xx

it wasnt aimed at you or anyone else living with family that are obviously grateful like u are @winterbaby95
its more the people who complain and whine and kick off saying they hate it and so and so is doing their heads in ect and yet the pay nowt and i think? easy solution - get a job.

👏👏👏 I totally agree, although I don't work but I have a partner that works all the hours God sends so that I can be at home to look after our 2 children but I will be going back into work once this one is a little older, we don't have a lot but I don't moan about it because this is what we decided as a family to do because childcare was so much and other reasons but if I was a single parent I would definatly work I would have to, and if I had to live with family I wouldn't moan about that either because I would just be grateful that they were kind enough to have me and my child/children, people need to either do something about it or quit whining about it #simple xx

also they should be grateful that they've got family who want them. haven't spoken to my parents since I fell pregnant with my son and have nobody near by. my in laws have never offered to help or buy anything etc so be grateful that you've got people who want to do these things !!

same tufty. ive no family so had to do it all on my own but i wouldnt have it any other way. what would my son think of me knowing it had been someone else doing the responsibilty of keeping roof over his head? i know what i thought to my parents doing so. selfish. x
