Anyone else experience really bad lightheadedness or dizziness in their third trimester??? If so what did you do??? I feel like I'm gonna pass out if I'm sitting or standing and I get so dizzy walking I walk into walls and bump into stuff. My blood pressure was normal on Friday when I went to the doctor but I am anemic and take iron supplements.

yeah I have that too my dr said your over heating and need to drink more water you might need more than what's recommend

my doc said if ur headache don't leave even with taking Tylenol and if u feel like you see spots etc.. its a sigh of high blood pressure an to give them a call

Drink plenty of water. I had it really bad.

All I drink is water. Occasionally juice that WIC pays for and chocolate milk. But mostly water. Idk maybe it is blood pressure.

i did all the time.. drink lots of fluids that helps

I've had it a few times! I actually went to the hospital for it a few days ago because it got so bad, but the doctors couldn't figure out what it was. My blood sugar was a little low, but that's it. They think it was probably just vertigo. I heard its normal in pregnancy.

I'm anemic also by the way. I also drink tons of water so that wasn't the problem in my case.
