I have been having massive panic attacks when leaving the house. I started having practice contractions but I'm scared I'll go into labor somewhere and be alone. It has got to the point I don't leave my house much anymore. Anyone else have this issue

I hate having a flip phone. I need to leave my parents house. But idk what shelter to go to with my son. I need to find a nice shelter for us to go to near South Gate CA. I'm so desperate in leaving my parents house. They won't let me buy my own phone cause they don't want me having a phone with internet thats why my stupid dad got me this stupid flip phone. I feel like I'm gonna go crazy if I keep staying here.
I need a bigger house we have 5 adults and 1 child in our house and it's a 2 bedroom trailer. Karen has her room then me and hubby have our room then our 2 roommate sleep in the living room 😭 too many people in our house!

cats and babies My so and I haven't been able to have cats for years. Last year we moved into our own house. So says we can have a cat now.
