Patrick is obsessed with his wiener...every time I change him he is grabbing it. Is this normal?

Yes he is a boy lol only gets worse

When my son was 2 and started wearing big boy underwear he would poke his little wiener out and run around the house like that lol

And he would try to put stuff on it like his toys. Hair clips ect lol

Yes normal all my boys are all about theirs soon he will pull it out pee on things when you go out lol
