Ugh. A little TMI but yesterday my bleeding was so light as it has been for the previous 4 days or so but today it's extremely heavy...like Wtf? I've never had that happen before. I really thought it was almost done but it's back in full force. Hemorrhaging isn't possible this late after delivery is it? (sorry, stupid question maybe) Is it normal for pp bleeding to get heavy all of the sudden? This is my fourth baby and I've never experienced this before. just wanted to ask to be sure, it's got me a bit worried. TIA

i had a c section and they told me after 2 weeks if i started bleeding heavy after it was normal, that my period was gonna come, i ended up bleeding for almost a month ughhh it sucks

@maybaby2016, yes i was breastfeeding but that didn't. help me at all only to loose weight but thats it: / it sucks and even more if you regular periods are more then 5 days

I'm a little over three weeks pp and my bleeding had stopped for about 4-5 days. now I'm getting some reddish/brown discharge not really bleeding. but it just started today. my midwife told me that i could bleed off and on for the full six weeks but never said anything about if it being heavy was a concern.
