I've been having this throb pain in my lower belly right above my pubic area/lower belly slightly the the left of my belly button . all day in the same spot . it'll do it once then won't for awhile then it'll happen again. its been doing it all day long though .. ligament pain maybe..?? its not sharp or really even that painful its just a quick throb like feeling idk how to explain it haha. anyone know what I'm talking about??
