Can anyone else feel their feet swelling? I always know when mine are because they feel really hot…

I can feel mine too, unfortunately its not just my feet, I can feel it in my hands and face too :/

If it's in your hands and face aswell make sure you mention it to midwife because every time I go she asks me about swelling in feet, hands and face as it may be a sign of preeclampsia, better to be safe :) but it's horrible being able to feel it aswell :( @kate_smith xxx

I did, but she doesn't seem concerned because there is no protein in my urine and she never witnessed my high blood pressure (which is fairly normal for me unfortunately, had it since I was a child). She just told me to move around at work more and said that it should improve it. Easier said than done though! Although I have to say, when I feel it starting if I do some exercise - it really does work!

That's ok then but if it does carry on make sure she checks regularly, I notice if I wiggle my feet it helps but I work at a desk in a small office to moving around at work is easier said than done lol @kate_smith xxx

I know! I work in a huge open plan office and the whole building is made of glass, so when I try to walk in the corridor everyone stares, imagine if I took the midwifes advise and was pacing up and down for 10 minutes once an hour? Everyone would think I'm mad :))

Oh wow I could imagine, just jog up and down like come on guys we need to get moving, and breath, and jog, left, right, left, right, left! Hahahah @kate_smith xx

Hahaha, that's an idea :)) I just make 100 cups of tea and walk leisurely to the loo and call it exercise ;) xx
