So the ER here where I live sucks ass! They actually used google to look up what to give my baby for this. 😒 So with that being said I'm asking you all to help me. Does anyone else know what this is. She's not running a fever or anything. She's still her cherry happy self. My husband and I was thinking heat rash because we took her to the park yesterday. Please help me because the ER here didn't help at all!

Thank you @deafmama16 that's what we was thinking because he's like that so I thought she got it from him. But it's really bad in her pamper I guess because it's snug and so warm in there.

Zayd gets it all the time. Cornstarch based baby powder (I just don't like talc based lol) and sit them in a cool area
