I don't believe I have ever experienced braxton hicks before.. yesterday my stomach kept tighning and then relaxing through the day.. Is that what I was experiencing?

ok I figured but when I was looking it up on Google it wasn't giving me an answer lol

it was so uncomfortable especially when she moved I felt like my belly was gonna rip open
