How does this work? I have seen/heard about it alot.

Everyone who brings diapers gets their name out in a bowl, then you randomly pick a name put of the bowl and they get a prize

Yeah, you buy a bigger prize (maybe $50 something) and then people bring diapers. For each pack, they get to put in a ticket. Draw the ticket to pick the winner.
