Does he have a social worker or a councillor do help him with his depression might be worth a try seeking for one through your Gp x

he is supposed to speak to his gp about it but I don't think he tells him a lot of things.... he takes antidepressants but every now and again he gets like this and it gets me down @gabilicious x

You can seek out to your local children and families they do weekly counselling sessions for families wether it's one person suffering with depression or family problems. You can also self refer your family there as it doesn't have to be done through gp x

he won't go @gabilicious I'm gonna sit down and try speak with him a little later when my little lady is settled no doubt I'll get upset talking to him again 🙈 lol xx

my OH is like this sometimes, I retaliate by doing the same. 50/50 on drop it or blazing row. either way you find out what's wrong ❤ xxx

can't say we ever really argue @mummygoblin and it doesnt matter what I say to him all I get is *I don't know what's wrong* xx

nope its all confidential they won't tell me anything @gabilicious his mum is making things 10x harder x
