hi girls. need some advice on travel systems. I really like the silvercross wayfarer travel system but my partner thinks it's too much as do his parents who are wanting to buy our travel system. I haven't seen or tried out any other I like more than the wayfarer but I seriously have no idea how to tell him that without upsetting him or his parents. I know it's a lot and I've offered to go halves with them or pay the rest to whatever they want to pay for one. I don't know what to do.... anyone had a similar thing?

if you're willing to make up the rest of the money then it's not really any of their business 😑 it's nice that they're offering to pay but it does mean they get an opinion lol

I feel bad for it though. Ive tried looking at others and each time I just come back to the wayfarer. I want to do what I feel comfy with as I'm the one using it most but feel like I'm being told I'm wrong :-/ just getting me down a bit I guess x

i had same thing. this is the travel system i got and his parents bought it and they wasnt fussed on the price at all but it was me that felt cheeky ect. but i have found a site that does the whole deal. changing bag and colour pack an adapters and rain covers included....@baby301016,

well thats the deal that toys r us had on when we got ours. u get car seat free too. so its the 3 in 1. but its gone off offer now :( the site aboves offering it 40 quid cheaper than what we got it at. xx @baby301016

That's just the colour pack @3llaa it's not including the chassis. mothercare have a deal where you get your carseat changing bag free if you get the colour pack and chassis I'm so torn xx

Go directly onto the site hun, (silver cross) it's the same price as in mothercare but I got an amazing deal, I had the car seat, change bag, parasol and all the other bits included and all in the same colour. It's the best deal I could find anywhere for it and brand new, perhaps if you could convince his parents to go halves with you or that you'll add the extras they'll get it for you. xx

I've got the Damson and Chrome Wayfarer. I fell in love with it and nothing else compared to it. Am picking it up from my mums on Saturday, as was really lucky that she bought it for us. x

mothercare have got a price match deal on it at the moment you get the car seat, changing bag and loads of other things with it for the same price 😊 x
