this is my first pregnancy and I'm 11 weeks today, but at our first midwife app the midwife had a feel around and said I'm measuring at 14 weeks, as the pregnancy was planned im pretty sure on my dates. We have an emergency scan in a couple of days to check the reason and twins has been mentioned. Has anybody else had this happen?

I couldn't find much information on the Internet of why this may be so thought I'd ask on here for a bit of reassurance :)

This happened to us we thought we were 14 weeks but had our emergency scan and turned out I was 9weeks+5 now im 11 weeks today, and we thought we were 100% sure on dates also so god knows what happened xxx

we will just have to wait and see on Tuesday I suppose there Is the fact that condoms arnt 100% so maybe we have conceived earlier than thought. a good thing Is we get to see the scan earlier, very excited. thanks for the comments it sounds quite a common thing to happen xxx

when I first went to the doctors they told me I was 14 weeks and I went for an emergency scan and was only 6. I am now 35 weeks xxx

so we had our scan today and I'm right with my dates, but we have TWINS in there!!! 👶👶
