So my SO smokes both pot and cigarettes and I quit both no problem when I found out I was expecting..I told him when our girl comes he's quitting asap or he's not gunna be near her. He thinks he's still going to smoke pot..um no?! Ur not taking care of our child when high and he goes I know that and I said u don't realize how much money babies are and your gunna waste your money on pot?! NO! Our child comes first and he goes well I'm the one who is making the money so who cares? First of all, if I wasn't pregnant and/or daycare I would be working full time making the same amount of money but no I'm working part time until our baby is a year or two. Seriously don't know why he can't get through his head shit is gonna change and his daughter comes first over his stupid pot! There's other ways to relax and not be stupid..

going thru the same exact thing with my SO! he's 28 years old and can't be man enough to grasp the fact that he needs to grow the hell up! he turns into a angry mean and miserable persom when he's not high, he smokes from sun up to sun down and I can't fucking deal with it, idn what to do with myself anymore it's driving me crazy too! I feel ur anger

@sagwaenglish, even safety wise I don't trust him or anyone whose high and caring for a baby. Need to cut the kid crap and grow up, I did so I don't get why he can't. He better enjoy this last month or less cause he's gunna get a wake up call

@summerbaby89, mine is always an asshole lol well we just have different humor I think but we got along when I was high with him and now being miserable and almost nine months it's hard to deal with him and his bro getting high 24/7. Yes he's gunna be a good daddy and has an financial good job but the weed and cigs gotta go

My boyfriend and I smoked pot before our pregnancy as well and have said that we will only smoke one night when he stays at my mom's house and we get a night to relax. Other than that it will not be in our house or consumed when he is around. Too risky.

i smoked both before i got pregnant and completely stopped as soon as i took the tests . my fiancé only smokes at night now because he works two jobs and is sore and has problems sleeping . he can litterally spend 20 $ on it and it last a month . so it doesnt bother me . and knowing him , he will stop completely when that baby comes out without me having to say anything . we both dont want anything like that around our child . hopefully things work out for you tho /: id be pretty salty if he smoked 24/7 .
