hi I am 30 weeks pregnant and today iv been having cramps badly like bottom of my belly it's like stabbing pains everyone I walk or move like having a stich annoying now!!

what's that? I'm in pain with it just today like baby pressing really low. like a stabbing pain I can't walk without pain lol xxx
