I had that too. I put in her body for 7 days and the redness went but the dry and flaky skin dont , and her pediatrician only said to me put aveeno lotion and again her skin its so bad 😪😩@jaydensmother

You might need hydrocortisone 1% also

Looks like something my son had & he was diagnosed with eczema my doctor said to use the aveeno cream I would try it

it's very normal for her age I would honestly leave it and don't put anything in it. unless you breastfeed. you could put some breastmilk on her baby acne I've heard of ppl doing that. but the flakey skin is just her skin getting used to the air and being out of the womb it will go away in time.

coconut oil will help. babies skin dries out and it's completely normal. It's not vernix that's just a coating that protects the baby while in the womb.

I think it's the white stuff they talk about them having in the womb and it's normal for it to come off. But on her face looks like she has baby acne.
