I would just explain your situation and ask if they could go smoke in their cars or at a friends house. If they are rude or won't listen I would then talk to the apartments and if it still doesn't stop then lastly the cops.. If your allergic it could hurt you and the baby. It's not worth your health. I'm not against pot so I'm not saying this just to get them in trouble but you have to put you and baby before their wants.

I'm not sure how to approach this person though. I have been thinking of things in my head but how do I start the conversation without sounding like a bitch and causing issues.

I'd be like hey I know you smoke and I'm not here to get you in trouble or anything but I'm pregnant and allergic to pot and when you smoke it seeps into my apartment and has woken me up. I'm not trying to cause trouble but is there any way you could go to your car or porch or what ever you wanna say. And then tell them your sorry but you just don't want to risk the baby's health and it makes you sick.

@autumnsmomma125, that's what I'm afraid of. I do not mind people smoking pot but I start to have some concerns when it's waking me up cause it's so strong. I do not want something to go wrong due to this. Ahhh. I'm the type of person to bluntly tell you things and because I can smell it strong I know they are doing it now or still doing it and I am half temped to just knock on the door and tell them to quit but I can't. I hope it gets worked out soon. It seems that ppl who smoke pot are more likely to listen to you when your nice lol I know it's hard sometimes but just try to sound nice and just concerned for you and your baby's health 😊

tell your manager. that way they don't know who it came from and they won't retaliate...
