my kitty has decided that since I feel funny this is how he must lay <3

so all day today I feel like I need to puke (body wise)

but it's like it's not fully forming so it's not being more than just that body feeling ...

what could this mean ?

I am not dehydrated & it dosent get worse or better with food and liquids
