I didn't go to one because at the hospital I went to, you do everything in the same room. Your baby stays with you unless they need to be in the nursery for whatever reason. So I didn't really feel the need to go 😅

I went on one yesterday, they showed us the L&D rooms, NICU, recovery rooms, rooms for c-section mothers, preterm babies room...the L&D room scared the crap outer me, showing and telling us where and how our legs will be spread apart😳
