getting kind of worried. my baby hasn't moved much today. i drank some cold water and sweet tea. talked to him and he moved a little. but not as rough as he usually does. it was like a few small pokes or pulses. cramping a little bit nothing to major. he doesnt start moving more soon im going to L&D to get checked out.
