Can someone explain the feeling of Braxton hicks besides a tight feeling in your stomach?! I don't think ive experienced them or unless I did but didn't realize they were it. .😐

I always thought they felt like cramps when you're on your period.

For me, they don't hurt so bad. My stomach just gets hard as a rock and it makes it a little bit harder to breath.

@lumbeemama, ugh I'm so confused now like I got a few menstrual like cramps that were mild pain but my stomach sometimes feels like your ringing out a wet washcloth and it's an uncomfortable feeling so idk what means what.

@lumbeemama, yeah that sounds like it a little bit. It's so weird bc sometimes they kinda hurt and other times it's just extremely tight and uncomfortable. The comparison to ringing out a wet washcloth is right though!
