since he's been in the hospital for his first two weeks of life, is it possible that Oakley is having trouble adjusting to a new environment! I only ask because we've had a horrible time getting him to sleep since we got home. The only place he would finally sleep was on my chest 😕 we never had this problem at the hospital, he would sleep in the bassinet no problem

or could be maybe if you have a hospital blanket you could familiarize him with his bassinet with the scent of the blanket

My baby wouldn't sleep at home the first 2 nights in her bassinet but slept at the hospital fine so day 3 we bought a rock n play and she slept so much better!

I think the first few nights is always the hardest for them. But it gets better!

Laken was only there 3 days and it was hell the first day or two at home to get her to sleep :/ hang in there momma.!

Maybe it's too quiet in the house?? hospitals are usually pretty noisy, try using a white noise machine or if possible find something that's similar to the noises at the hospital.
