I'd think he is scared of you leaving him when you have the baby like this other girl did. He could also been waiting to see if the stress of a newborn doesn't effect him and your relationship. BUT I must say *bows to him* for being so accepting when not a lot of females could. I'd personally (since I'm so upfront) just sit down and ask him why he wants to wait to make things official till after baby is here. Don't get to upset till you have his answer momma
