is there any things I can do on my birthing ball that will ease my back ache and cramps but not…

Well you are almost 37 weeks now which is classified as full term :) And if you are already 1cm :) then baby has decided it wants to come now :) So no harm in bouncing on a ball hun. The back pain is to do with the contractions :) The ball really helps :) I used it a bit when I was in labour xx

Go on all fours and crawl up the stairs to help turn the baby :) xx

ill try crawling up the stairs and ill do some bouncing on my ball then. Just don't really want to progress the labour and her decide to want to come breech. I have my c section date which is the 27th if she doesn't turn.

hospital did say though at if the labour progresses and she does want to come now that they will do the c section early. I was expecting to have her on Tuesday but the contractions went irregular. So they didn't end up doing it. There still really irregular. So I think I'm already in slow labour lol. @winterbaby95

I had this problem hun. I was told just to rock as it helps with back ache! luckily my little man turned so i didnt need a csec. Hope i have helped xxxx

I think it did hun!! I thought i was in labour lol. Inwas also sick i went into hospital but luckily he just turned xx

I'm in slow labour right now. getting tightenings/contractions and dilated 1cm and affaced 80%. @zoee23

They should have put you on bed rest!! xxxx

been like it since Monday. So I think they think it's not going to progress quick at all. They just to go back in if my waters break, contractions get painful, reduced movements or bleeding. They monitored me in hospital from Monday till yesterday and nothing had changed. @zoee23
