I keep going back and forth on being excited about my shower. No one stepped up to help. I asked my friends if they would and they just went silent anytime is bring it up, claim they never got the texts or were too busy to respond, when they'd respond to every text that wasn't baby shower related. Then when I finally said I'd handle it myself, they got mad at me saying I was being aggressive. I basically planned my whole shower myself. Idk just makes me upset and feel like it doesn't matter to them when they're supposed to be his godparents. I'm excited to see everyone and celebrate, but when those you're supposedly closest to make it seem like such a burden..... oh well.
