my midwife told me as long as I measure within 28 and 32 weeks I'm fine.

Then I should be good to go. I just saw my doctor on Monday and she wasn't concerned

I'll be 32 weeks tomorrow and your tummy looks the same size as mines. Don't worry especially if you've always had a small figure. I'm 130 right now and my baby weights 4lbs 4oz
