so torn on what to do about work after/during leave... do I stay with my current job and go back to full time and put my peanut in day care 3 days a week. or do I look for a better job that's work from home and have to do training before I can start from home and have her in day care then. I wish my dad knew what he was doing come fall. he's retired and working at a place he hates. I want him home with her over a daycare. ahhh so stressful.
