okay so tmi but i have had this yellowish booger like stuff coming out of my hooha. its gross amd comes in like chucks..is this my mucus plug? sometimes its alot sometimes its a little.. pic in comments

If it's clear/white it's normal discharge, if it's yellow might mean infection, if it's a slight hint of blood it's mucus plug.

Not all mucus plugs have blood with it I've lost my mucus plug and it didn't have blood. @polkadotcutie
