I have the medela pump and they have an adapter where you can just pump directly in the bags I actually just pump into my medela bottles and then when I want to freeze the milk I transfer into one of the twist bags. Right now I haven't used the twist bottles I will introduce my daughter to them when she's a little older she is only a week right now so I'm trying to keep her on the breast as much as I can @mommycheeks
