I'm so emotional today. I was told I'd probably never be able to carry my own children. Never be able to concieve a child and experience pregnancy. Even with fertility treatments, the chances were slim. For years, that stuck with me. I met Cameron (my now husband) and when we got serious, I told him that. And he never left my side. We tried and tried and tried. I took different mixtures of supplements, I tracked everything I could even though I hardly ever had a period. And we drove ourselves crazy for over a year in total. But I found a doctor who had faith that we'd be parents, and she put me on birth control to "train" my body into seeing what it was supposed to do. We were told to take it for a few months and stop right before or right after our wedding. I took my last pill in the first week of September, never had my "period week." I felt defeated come October with no period either. We got married October 10th, and little did we know, we concieved a week or two later! I ovulated with no period. Now I'm sitting here at 35 weeks pregnant, something I never thought I'd be able to say, and I am just so thankful. Eli is our miracle boy and I want to see him so badly. I feel so blessed! 😭💙
