sex helped my mucus plug to start coming up & I walked in Walmart every night until I couldn't stand then pain & I bounced on the ball (I looked up ways to bounce on it to help) for 2 hours straight & then 2 days later I bounced on it for maybe like 10-15 minutes I decided I wanted to eat food instead lol but then I started having contractions that night and the next morning I had my son! and before I did all of this I was at nothing I wasn't dilated or nothing soo all of this happened within a week.

they told me to bounce on a big gym ball @mrspavlides

I've also seen some supposedly effective exercises on pinterest that help with labor I think we should try that too @susie0619

I know. I know he understands me that I can't anymore but I feel bad sometimes. 😕😂 It's like I want to but I cant...so irritating. So, I guess I'll just try walking to see if that starts labor. 😂 @susie0619

I tried sex last night and my husband hit something or did something that hurt like a mother and I couldn't keep going I swear I thought I was going to be in labor last night....maybe I was supposed to take it like a champ and just go through the whole thing 😒😂😂

okay I'll have to make my husband have sex lol but he dont want too.

sex, walking. sex is the most effective and don't pull out because the sperm is what softens the cervix
