Does anyone else have awful in laws? I am absolutely dreading them visiting to see the baby or…

My father in law and step mother in law are great but my MIL is a piece of work. I dread her. If you ever need to vent, I'm here ❤️

I do! My BF parents have never met me, never reached out, after I have countless times, I've sent them food, baked treats, etc and never even got a thank you! .. They act like I don't exist. When my name comes up you'd think I was a piece of furniture the way they ignore it (my bfs brothers girl tells me this).. I'm 36 weeks pregnant with their grandchild, not once have they even asked how I'm doing .. Or how she's developing, etc. they live 30 mins away, haven't even bought her a baby blanket nothing... Never asked to see a sonogram picture nothing. I won't be allowing them near her without me there, and when they decide (which is really more of an if they decide) they want to finally meet me and her it's gonna be limited. I hate it has to be that way, but I have to protect my baby. Don't worry. You're the mother, what you say goes!

My boyfriends dad is pretty cool but his mother is this controlling and judgmental witch! She treats him like a child still and has made it clear that she doesn't want him with me and wouldn't allow me at the house up until recently bc I think reality is hitting her that the baby will be here soon. I still choose not to go over bc I don't want to hear her opinion every 5 minutes. I'm having a c sect so only my bf will be in the room but not looking forward to her visiting afterwards 😑

Yep! But they are so awful that they don't even want to be bothered with us anyway so I'm off the hook.
