So I'm reading a FB status and this girl with 2 kids one on the way is complaining because her Food Stamps amount isn't enough...Ummm Sweetie, I hate to be the bearer of bad news but there are plenty of WORKING people who don't get Food Stamps but are paying taxes so you can feed your family while you sit at home and complain bc you need MORE assistance. I have an answer for you..TAKE YOUR ASS TO WORK! No sitter? Work at night when your baby daddy or whatever you wanna call him this week is at home with the kids..
If you want some thing to happen, you'll find a way..But until then, by all means, complain about your 200-300 in free groceries you get..

girl I know what you mean.... my husband has a nephew who quit a good paying job because his wife got mad that they were going to lose some of their assistance due to him making a certain amount of money.... like girl get your head out of your butt, it's not a lifestyle

exactly girl..... I used it while I was off work with my son, since I had been taken off at 30 weeks due to false labor.... once I was back to work and working my regular hours I called and cancelled it

I used it during college..but because my mom had my daughter most of the time so I could work and go to school, I gave it to her @sarahdrew

When I was working 40 plus hours a week I got $425 now mind u that is only 2 kids on my case cause my girls live with their dad's bit yet when they came home for summer or on the weekends I still got the same amount. I never had a problem budgeting my money enough to make sure there was food in our home for the month and ya maybe I had to throw in an extra $50 worth of Lil things at the end of the month but I did what I had to to take care of my children. I never complained about what I got and never had anyone else take care of my kids. Now that I'm with my SO we have 6 kids and only get food stamps for 3 of them. I don't work due to injury and he does we still only get $600 and ya we may have to throw in a Lil cash at the end of the month but we still do what we have to

i work and my fiancé works two jobs . im working on being an ultrasound tech . we do not get food stamps . i only get insurance thru welfare because theres no way in hell i could pay our rent , other bills , groceries , and everything else with a baby on the way then add on dr and hospital bills . people are seriously so ungreatful .
