Random , I told my boyfriend just a little while ago that I didn't want to move in with him unless we were engaged or married . & I say this because , living with someone is A LOT of responsibility. I don't think I'm ready to carry on that load yet unless I can get myself together first . Yes it sucks that I had to put our goals on hold & I apologize for that . But with anxiety attacks & me not working rn. Who knows when I'm going to be working & how much I'm gonna be bringing to the table , I'm just NOT ready . Financially or emotionally . Maybe one day I'll change my mind , but right now it's just not the best thing to do .

I agree. it's a lot when married too. I say let marriage be in the works and once married do it. sometimes people never get married and live together for years

That's my state of mind as well. My "SO" and I started living together when our son was born and it wasn't planned it just happened and we've learned a lot about each other and had a lot of ups and downs. I felt bad because he was the only one providing financially and in the mist of everything I began to lose myself trying to please him because I didn't want to lose my family. Currently we are in separate states as like before our son was born because I couldn't take anymore of the person I was becoming and the situation. I told him I'll be with my mom until I fully get myself together emotionally mentally financially. So with all this long story being said lol I think it's the right thing to get you together before you make any life changes with your SO

Thank you for sharing ! I definitely don't want to be losing myself trying to please him & my two kids . He's gonna be the only one working as well for God knows how long . I just think it's best that until I decided I'm fully capable of taking on that responsibility & he's willing to take the responsibility of being my husband we can consider it . But we've only been together for a year & we still have a lot of issues we both have to work . I think it's just best . @soon2b2
