so, rumor has it that my sister may be pregnant. she just turned 18, but she likes to party and has mentioned several times she doesn't want children. she also isn't mentally capable, I don't think. I Love her to death but she doesn't work, or have her own place, and honestly probably doesn't know who the daddy is. my husband and I talked and said we would adopt if it was so. how would I go about telling her without being offensive that we would take it?

My best friend's sister was contemplating her options when she got pregnant with her second child and I offered to take the child in and either raise the child as mine, or simply as "ain't Bri" if she still wants the child to know her and her bf as mommy and daddy
