I showed my gram a picture of my 3D ultrasound of my baby that I got yesterday, and her exact words were " what in the world is that ugly thing" I was super upset by that comment. I just laughed to hold back my tears. I'm really hurt by that!!😭😧 I wanna cry!! I worked so hard to get this baby and then have someone I'm close with tell me my baby is ugly!

Their generation they have never seen ultrasounds like that. Honestly they do look funky that way. Don't get upset.. You asked a older generation on something they have never seen before

They are very blunt. Well my grandmother is. She will say exactly what's on her mind. Don't worry when she sees the baby she will have a completely different reaction

@babyrossmommy, plus I'm only 30 weeks he still has a lot of time to gain more weight plus they look different when there born. But I'm still hurt by the comment no matter what. Even tho I'm smiling it hurts

My grandma said something similar. Ultra sound pictures are amazing, but look kinda creepy if you don't know how to look at it right. Even my husband couldn't see the baby unless I pointed things out. Don't worry your baby will be beautiful!!
