I was the same with my last two. Was told labour often starts at night. Hence why my doc told me to take my blood thinners in the morning so if labour looked like it was starting at night I hadn't just had them. Don't think it's true for all but all but one of mine (4) I laboured through the night and they were born about 5am lol

Ive read it's because our bodies are more relaxed at night. Supposed to be more percentage of waters break at night too. Not sure how true it is though (: xx
