It's just he doesn't buy her much. He's paid nothing towards her, only a couple of wipes and I supply nappies, bottles etc when he has her overnight

you can call the child maintenance people and see what they suggest but I've never heard it done like that before.

do you want him to pay? if not but he's being made to you can always just pass the money back to him when it gets paid x
