if u have a Dr's note they legally can not make you go against orders

@mrs_velez, yeah that's what I'm scared of bc I work at a factory so its all heavy lifting... I'm have uncomfortable pains from yesterdays work so I'm just probably my going to look online and find a job out by my boyfriend and possibly move there this weekend or next

@mrs_velez, you can file a lawsuit. I got fired while on maternity leave and that's exactly what I did. They can't fire you just because of pregnancy

Well my lawyer was my uncle... So no. But if you threaten to sue, even without a lawyer, most companies will try to settle out of court. Unless you worked for CVS. They'll fight it until they know they really are screwed
