one advice I can give is when you get home fast walk for 2 hours straight and that will get you going and for my cousin it even got her admitted to the hospital with active labor! Just make sure you stat hydrated!

My cousin got hers swept and she went to Walmart right after and her water broke as soon as she got home lol so I would suggest walking around for a alike @rainbowbaby2015 said lol don't over do it tho!
