Has anyone vomited a teeny tiny amount of blood? All that came up was stomach acid and not much blood.

@awaylaelder, I've vomited stomach acid with blood together because it tore part of my esophagus in the beginning of the 2nd trimester

I did! It was actually from having a dry/bloody nose that I didn't realize!!

Probably where your stomach acid burned your esophagus coming up, that can cause blood to be present in the vomit
