I would call doctor tomorrow. I had discharge like that & I had an infection from delivery but it was like 2 weeks after birth.

I'd call tomorrow. If you start to be in any pain, I'd go straight to the doctor. It could be an infection.

It could also be your body's way of "bleeding" if that makes since. Like getting rid of all old blood. But I'd call doctor for sure.
