Looks like acne. My baby was completely covered in it. Here's one picture. Stayed for 2 weeks

No I just had to leave it. You can try breast milk. It made it worse for my girl tho

when my daughter was a baby like just a few months it had happened to her, and cus their skin are so sensitive you can't put anything harsh. My doctor recommended hydrocortisone 1% cream "!! it clear up sooo fast I was so shock and happy!! try it @dohmommy2016

Awesome thanks! @mamabearx2 I already had to buy hydrocortisone cream and antifungal cream tomorrow because he he seborrhea in his neck roll and in creases by his genitals ): poor thing he hates me cleaning it
