symptoms of an ectopic pregnancy please list them

Don't worry about having those, you're just reading too much online. Chances of that happening are not high. Just get an ultrasound this week :)

i had one with my first... positive pregnancy test but spotting, extreme dizziness pain on one side that hurts really bad especially during sex.. sac empty during ultrasound

pregnancy is very uncomfortable however and it could just be your body adjusting to the pregnancy... I hope everything is okay.. goodluck
