a friend of mine is pregnant she's a whole lot farther along than I am but she has severe back pain and is having Braxton Hicks contractions... She's due in July but she really doesn't know what to do and her doctor pretty much told her to go get out... any suggestions you guys?

has she gone to get checked? maybe its not bh. if not labor tell her drink more water n lay down. if she has a heating pad lay it under her back. hope she gets sum relief

thank you and so do I, she has gotten checked already and that's what her doctor told her that it was Braxton Hicks but to Thug it Out for now because there's nothing else that she can do for it so we've been on Google @lorraine2014

Is she in the myrtle beach area as well? If so who is her dr? Just wondering because her dr sounds as heartless as mine does so I was wondering if it may be the same dr.
